When creating a ticket for the Double Eleven Customer Support Team, you may see that your ticket has a different statuses:
Open - You have just opened a support ticket with us, but we haven’t responded. We will get back to you as soon as we are available.
Pending - You have received a response to your ticket, but a resolution to your issue has not been found...yet
Closed - Our awesome support team has resolved your issue and closed your support ticket, everyone is happy.
