To make sure our Customer Support team is able to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, it’s important that you take the time to submit a great support ticket. With a well-written and concise ticket which quickly explains your issue, we will be able to help you (and others) much quicker.
We’ve explained below how you can help us help you!
A great subject line goes a long way…
The subject in your support ticket needs to be concise, easy to understand and capture the issue in as few words as possible. Our support agents need to be able to recognise what your problem is before opening the ticket.

Provide as much information as possible in your ticket
Your subject line should explain your problem concisely. In your ticket description, you need to go into as much detail as possible, even if you don’t think it is relevant. A good baseline of what to include in your ticket should be:
- Platform you’re experiencing the issue on
- Game (include the edition too!)
- Date issue occurred
- Clear explanation of the problem
- Any additional information which may be useful
We will of course be working through all tickets, but be aware that a poor support ticket will increase the time our agents will need to get to the root of the cause due to additional communications between you and our customer support team. A well written ticket from the beginning will make the process much, much faster.
