To submit bug reports to our QA and development teams, use the website bugs.double11.com/rust.
Our site is a central area where all players can see common bugs, upcoming changes and fixes as well upvote frequently submitted bugs.
When you first open the website, there are a few different elements which may appear confusing at first, but are actually super simple! We've broken it down for you below and explained each section individually:
Report a Bug
At the top of the page, you will see a big red button which looks like the one above. If you click into this you will be able to submit a bug report. These go into a database which gives us great visibility over all of the issues which are currently in the game. We go into detail all of the information you can include in a bug report in another article, here.
Top Issues - Most Reported
Here you can see a limited number of the most frequently reported bugs from the Rust Console Edition playerbase (you can click through the list using the blue Next button at the bottom). The reports on the left are the number of times the players have 'upvoted' a bug report using the +1 on the left. If you are experiencing a Bug which is on the list, make sure you hit the +1 button too! This helps us prioritise issues, so it is very important.
In Progress
The In Progress area works exactly the same as the Top Reports, however these are the issues which we are currently working to resolve.
Resolved - Expected in the next patch
This section gives you a clear picture on the bugs which you can expect to be fixed in the next patch. It's important to us that we are as transparent as possible with our playerbase so they know when fixes to key issues are coming.
