Rust Coins are purchased from your respective platform stores through their website, digital platform store, or through the in-game skin store.
When purchased and you return to the game, your Rust Coins will be applied to your account and you should be able to see them in your balance in the top-right of the screen.
This should happen instantly, however it could take upto 24-hours to show in your balance, so please be patient. There are some things you can try, such as:
- Restart your console and reboot the game. Once the game has been rebooted, enter the skin store to see if your Rust Coins have been applied to your account.
If there has been an error with your purchase from your respective platform store, you need to contact their customer support. You can find links to their contact information below:
Both platforms have their own terms and conditions for refunds, all of which is clearly outlined through the links above. If we receive a support ticket relating to a refund, our agents will only direct you to the platform links - so it is quicker to go there directly.
Please note that refunds will likely only be considered if the currency has not been used, for any players which are found to be taking advantage of the system and refunding their Rust Coins purchase after using them in-game, we reserve the right to ban you from the game and you will no longer be able to play.
